What You Need
1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
1 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1 can red beans, drained and rinsed
1 large can diced tomatoes, with juices!
1 container tomato juice or Veggie juice
2 packages chili seasoning ( I like McCormicks...)
Directions
Place all ingredients in crock-pot and simmer on low for 6-8 hours. Enjoy with crackers and cheese. It is also great with homemade cinnamon rolls!
