BBQ Sandwiches

For my BBQ sandwiches I like to keep it simple!

What you need

3-4 Chicken breasts (or a small pork or beef roast)
Salt
Liquid smoke
BBQ Sauce

Place meat in Crockpot and cover with liquid smoke, then sprinkle with salt. Cook on low setting all day. Around 30 minutes before eating shred the meat and stir in BBQ sauce, then let cook another 30 minutes to warm through. Serve on Hamburger buns. I love mine topped with cheese! Serve with veggies, fries/chips, and/or fruit.
