One of my favorite restaurants in Arizona is called La Parilla Suiza. I ordered a burrito at this restaurant that I absolutely loved and so I tried to recreate the recipe. Enjoy!
4-6 slices bacon
1 onion diced
1 bell pepper diced
2-3 chicken breasts
salt and pepper to taste
Cut bacon into thin strips and fry. Remove from pan, drain off excess fat then cook the onion and bell pepper in the same bacon pan. Chop Chicken into small pieces and add to veggies, season with salt and pepper. Once the chicken is cooked through remove from heat and stir in bacon bits. Serve in tortillas with cheese.
